合约交易美 SEC 受理纽交所新规，拟引入代币化证券交易机制，支持链上结算
ChainCatcher 消息，美 SEC 发布文件（34-105260），披露纽交所提交的规则变更申请，拟正式引入代币化证券交易框架。
根据提案，纽交所计划新增 Rule 7.5，允许符合条件的证券在传统形式之外，以基于区块链的代币化形式进行交易与结算。相关安排将在 DTC 试点计划下运行。核心机制包括：代币化证券与传统股票将共享同一交易代码（CUSIP）与权利结构，并具备完全可替代性；在撮合系统中，代币化与传统证券享有相同执行优先级，不会因形式不同影响成交排序；交易参与者可通过 tokenization flag 选择以链上形式进行清算与结算，由托管机构执行具体处理。此外，纽交所还拟同步修改订单排序、路由及清算规则，以适配代币化证券的交易流程，确保其与现有市场结构无缝衔接。
市场层面来看，该提案意味着美国传统证券交易所正正式探索将区块链技术引入核心交易与结算体系。若获批准，或将成为链上证券进入主流金融基础设施的重要里程碑。
