合约交易参议员就币安伊朗相关资金流动问题向美国司法部和财政部施压
ChainCatcher 消息，据 Fortune 报道，美国参议员理查德·布卢门撒尔（民主党，康涅狄格州）向司法部（DOJ）及财政部金融犯罪执法网络（FinCEN）发函，要求说明针对全球最大加密货币交易所币安（Binance）的两名合规监督员的现状。
此前有报道指出，币安内部调查员曾警告高管，逾 10 亿美元资金流向伊朗相关钱包，但随后遭到解雇。币安否认解雇与调查结果相关，并声称其合规体系严格。值得注意的是，司法部此前已相继终止对嘉能可（Glencore）和波音（Boeing）的独立监督要求，外界对监督机制是否同样被暂停用于币安存有疑虑。币安于 2023 年因反洗钱及制裁监管缺失被罚款 43 亿美元，上述两名监督员正是彼时协议的组成部分。
