合约交易Payward 拟 5.5 亿美元收购 Bitnomial，加速布局美国合规衍生品市场
ChainCatcher 消息，加密交易所 Kraken 母公司 Payward 宣布，将以最高 5.5 亿美元（现金 + 股票）收购数字资产衍生品平台 Bitnomial 100% 股权，该交易预计于 2026 年上半年完成，尚需监管批准。
Bitnomial 为首个同时获得美国衍生品全栈三项牌照（指定合约市场、衍生品清算机构、期货佣金商）的加密原生平台。此次收购将帮助 Payward 快速获得完整合规衍生品基础设施，显著加速其在美国市场的扩张。交易完成后，Bitnomial 的清算与交易能力将与 Kraken 及 NinjaTrader 等平台整合，面向美国客户提供现货保证金、永续合约及期权等产品，并受 CFTC 监管。
此次收购亦将扩展 Payward Services 业务，使银行、金融科技公司及券商可通过单一 API 接入美国合规衍生品市场。业内认为，随着市场回暖及估值修复，加密行业并购活动正在回升，头部机构正通过收购补齐合规、托管及衍生品等关键能力，加速向机构级综合交易平台转型。
