合约交易NYSE 提交规则修改提案，拟允许代币化证券上市交易
ChainCatcher 消息，据美国证券交易委员会（SEC）文件显示，纽约证券交易所（NYSE）向 SEC 提交规则修改提案（文件编号 SR-NYSE-2026-17），拟新增规则 7.5 并修订相关条款，允许符合条件的证券以代币化形式在交易所内交易。
该提案依托存托信托公司（DTC）三年期代币化试点计划推进，参照此前已获 SEC 批准的纳斯达克同类规则制定。根据提案，代币化证券须与传统证券共享相同 CUSIP 编号、交易代码及股东权利，方可在同一订单簿中同等优先级交易。初期适用范围限于罗素 1000 指数成分股及追踪主要指数的 ETF，结算周期维持 T+1 不变，现有监管规则同步适用于代币化证券。
