合约交易法国财长呼吁发展欧元稳定币，法国政策立场或转向
ChainCatcher 消息，法国财政部长 Roland Lescure 表示，欧洲需要更多以欧元计价的稳定币，并鼓励欧盟银行探索代币化存款，相关表态被视为法国政府及央行立场可能出现转变。
Lescure 公开支持由包括 BBVA、ING、UniCredit 及 BNP Paribas 在内的 12 家欧洲银行组成的 Qivalis 联盟，计划于 2026 年下半年推出锚定欧元的稳定币，以应对美元在数字支付领域的主导地位。他指出，目前欧元稳定币规模远低于美元稳定币，"并不令人满意"，并强调推动相关发展"正是我们所需要的"。相比之下，前财政部长 Bruno Le Maire 曾对私人发行稳定币持强硬反对态度，认为其威胁货币主权；法国央行行长 Francois Villeroy de Galhau 近期亦警告，稳定币和代币化货币可能带来"货币私有化"风险。分析认为，法国最新表态或预示欧洲在稳定币与数字货币政策上趋于务实，尝试在监管与创新之间寻求平衡。
