BlockBeats News, February 22nd, according to the Ukrainian state news agency, US Special Envoy Volker in an interview with Fox News said that Ukrainian and Russian delegations will hold a new round of negotiations within three weeks, potentially leading to a high-level summit.
He said: "Both Kushner and I hope that some of the proposals we have made to both sides will bring them together in the next three weeks and could even lead to a summit between President Zelensky and President Putin.
