Odaily星球日报讯 BlockFi 破产管理人与美国司法部(DOJ)已达成协议,驳回一项涉及 3500 万美元加密资产转移的诉讼。新泽西州破产法院法官 Michael B. Kaplan 已于周五批准该协议。此案源于 2023 年 5 月,当时 DOJ 试图扣押 BlockFi 账户中属于两名爱沙尼亚公民的资金,称这与一起刑事欺诈案有关。根据和解条款,此案被"驳回并不得再诉",双方各自承担法律费用。值得注意的是,BlockFi 自 2022 年 11 月 FTX 崩盘后宣布破产,目前欠约 10 万名债权人共计 100 亿美元,并已设定 2024 年 4 月 28 日为客户提取剩余加密资产的最后期限。(Cointelegraph)
