Whale Trader "pension-usdt.eth" Initiates New BTC Long Position with a Scale of $69 Million, with an Average Price of $95,600
BlockBeats News, January 16, according to Coinbob Popular Address Tracker data, in the past 2 hours, the "pension-usdt.eth" completely closed its ETH long position, realizing a profit of about $740,000, and then switched to longing BTC with 3x leverage, currently holding a position worth $69 million, with an average price of $95,600. As of the time of writing, it is still actively increasing its position. Based on its position trend in recent months, the scale of this position may still exceed $80 million.
According to monitoring, this whale's strategy focuses on low leverage and short periods (average holding period of about 23 hours) to operate mainly BTC and ETH. Since October, it has accumulated profits of over $21 million. The address has recently continued to transfer its substantial profits accumulated on Hyperliquid to the yield market. Currently, its total lending on AAVE has reached about $26.71 million.
