This move enabled the acquisition of 301,335 bitcoins, boosting total holdings to 553,555 BTC. The company paid an average of $68,459 per coin, with total acquisition costs now at $37.9 billion.“We successfully executed our record $21 billion common stock ATM, adding 301,335 BTC to our balance sheet while simultaneously achieving a 50% increase in MSTR share price during the same period,” said Le. “In Q1, we also broadened our capital base with two of the most successful preferred stock IPOs in a decade.”Capital Plan Doubled to Expand Bitcoin PurchasesThe company is now doubling its capital raising plan to $84 billion—$42 billion from equity and $42 billion from fixed income sources.
