a16z liquidated COMP and transferred a total of 800,000 COMP to CEX within 10 days
Odaily News According to monitoring by Ember, the a16z associated address transferred the remaining 400,000 COMP (worth about $16.48 million) to Coinbase Prime 3 hours ago, completing the liquidation. They had previously transferred 400,000 COMP at the end of last month, and a total of 800,000 COMP were transferred to Coinbase Prime within 10 days, worth about $34.81 million.
Before and after the transfer, COMP price dropped from $46 to $41, a drop of about 11%. This large transfer may have a further impact on COMP price.
